WNC product platform

The figure below shows the overall structure of the WNC system. It consist of several parts:

• sensors - I/O units
  
• local radio nodes - with sensor interfaces
• local radio master - collecting data from radio nodes
• central back-office system - for data collection and presentation

The radio nodes collect measurement data from the different sensors (temperature, humidity, fluid level, etc). A range of different radio technologies (ISM radio, GPRS, satellite, GPS) is applied to forward the field data into a secure website, where customers with authorized access can monitor the collected data through graphs, reports and alarms. A 2-way wireless network enables customers to send commands and configure their network of equipment.
