The Back-Office System

"Back Office" is a general term used for the central system in a telematic solution, where the data is stored, managed and presented in reports, tables and graphs. The Back office system offered through WNC enables the customers to monitor and manage the installations from their own multimedia access points (PC, mobile phone, e-mails).

The field data is collected by the WNC monitoring network and sent to the secure data base server, where customers with authorised access can view graphs and reports using any Internet browser. The system also enables customers to define threshold values that generates alarms.

The reports and alarm status can be forwarded to external medias according to the special needs of the customers (mobile phones, internet, e-mails).

Having the data online allows the customers to access and respond to information in real time from any location, and ensures data protection and backup
